At the beginning of the year of Tiger, the HKAPI organizes an intensive class on Thrive with Energy Programme for improving the personal well-being of members.
With the high pressure at work today,
- Do you have circumstances that you are low in energy level?
- Do you feel tired most of the time?
- Do you have enough energy to tackle the demanding work today?
- Do you worry about things around you? Your career, your health, your family
- Do you want to always keep your energy level at your best at work and with family?
- Do you want to continue your high performance or improve your performance?
To live with Passion
This is a program to share with participants how to apply a well-being model to address the important dimensions where we endeavour.
The program aims to create a good balance on your energy among work, family, and self. At the end of the session, you will learn about the tactics to deal with your body, mind, soul and be able to live happily with good health and better well-being.
